2. RETURNS: Except for a defective product, there are no returns, exchanges or refunds. A returned defective product will be replaced with the similar product. No goods shall be returned for replacement without first obtaining a Return Authorization from BEAUTY.
3. WARRANTY: BEAUTY warrants that the goods supplied under this invoice (the “goods”) shall conform to the description stated on the invoice. The foregoing warranty is BEAUTY sole warranty with respect to these goods. All other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed. To beauty’s liability for breach of warranty here under is limited solely to the replacement of the defective goods, which shall be returned to Co beauty’s address, transportation charges prepaid by buyer; and the failure to give notice of a warranty claim within Seven(7) days from date of delivery shall constitute a waiver by buyer of all claims in respect of such goods. The foregoing shall constitute the sole remedy of a buyer and the sole liability of Co beauty under this warranty.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: beauty’s liability to a buyer, whether in contract, in tort, under any warranty, in negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed in any case the return of the amount of the purchase price paid by buyer and under no circumstances shall BEAUTY be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages.

6. SHIPMENT: Shipping is free on orders over N25, 000.00. Shipping and handling charges apply to orders under N25.000.00. Free standard shipping (within LAGOS, NIGERIA) on orders over N25, 000.00. Orders that do not meet the minimum will be charged N1, 500.00 for customers on the Mainland and N2,000.00 for Lagos Island customers for standard shipping & handling within Lagos and N2, 500.00 for orders outside Lagos State.Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 10am-6pm excluding holidays.
